We roast on vintage machines maintained for a century and passed down through generations of the New Orleans community.
The people roasting your coffee are skilled craftsmen who rely on sight, sound, and experience to produce the perfect roast, not automation.
This is not industrial coffee. It is human, tactile, and deeply practiced.
